Mission Statement

The mission of the Division of Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse is to provide services to individuals and their families who are affected by mental illness and/or alcohol and other drug abuse, which meets their needs and assists them in living independently in the community in the least restrictive setting.

The Division is comprised of department provided Mental Health outpatient services, Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse services, and Mental Health purchased services. Our services are based on a continuum of care.

If you would like to speak with an Outagamie County Crisis Phone Counselor regarding information or support, please contact them at (920) 832-4646 or toll free at (800) 719-4418 24 hours a day, every day. These counselors can help you if you are experiencing problems with: anxiety; depression; loneliness; family issues; suicide; housing; financial matters; alcohol or other drug use concerns; aging and other related issues.  There is no fee for this service.
