Greenway 2019 Fund

Outagamie County is launching it's Greenway Fund for 2019!  Designed as a partnership grant opportunity for local units of government to further develop Outagamie County's greenway system, up to 25% of a greenway project's costs can be reimbursed as part of this program.  For 2019, $25,000 is available for greenway projects.  For full details on the 2019 program, please review the information and application materials included below.


             

Greenway, Def. A greenway is a trail or collection of open space, usually continuous and linear in fashion, found in urban and rural settings, serving various purposes. Examples of greenways include, but are not limited to: bike, pedestrian, and other networks (e.g. trails, paths, and lanes), and environmental corridors (e.g. wildlife, waterways or other natural corridors).
