Outagamie County provides business financing through a revolving loan fund (RLF) program. The RLF program was established to provide gap financing for new or expanding businesses, in partnership with lending institutions, to encourage private investment, create employment opportunities, and increase the overall health of the county's economy.

ATTENTION: The Prosperity Fund has been temporarily suspended.
