The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Nagler at 6:30 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 410 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Roll call of the Board of Supervisors. The Board Chairperson requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.

The Pledge of Allegiance will be offered by Chairperson Nagler.

Approval of the January 12, 2016 County Board Meeting minutes.

A letter was received from County Executive Nelson nominating Terry Dawson for re-appointment to the Outagamie Waupaca Counties Federated Library System Advisory Board (OWLS); said term expiring December 31, 2018.

County Executive Thomas Nelson will give an Administrative Update.

REPORT AND PRESENTATION OF COUNTY LOBBYIST
County Lobbyist Mark Wadium will speak on subjects of County interest.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution No. Z-15—2015-16 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Recommend approval of a proposed text amendment to the Town of Greenville’s Municipal Code(s) section 320-25, which regulates heights for fences, hedges and berms.

Resolution No. 129—2015-16 – Finance Committee. Approve the “Initial Resolution Authorizing General Obligation Bonds Or Promissory Notes In An Amount Not To Exceed $34.5 Million”.

Note: Resolution numbering is out of sequence as Board Chair Nagler requested resolution to be moved up on the agenda.

Resolution No. 126—2015-16 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Authorize payment of a dog damage claim in the amount of $140 to Gerald Nechodom.

Resolution No. 127—2015-16 – Finance Committee. Approve transferring $2,057,676 from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund for future land acquisition or expansion.

Resolution No. 128—2015-16 – Finance Committee. Approve and authorize the execution of the attached "Resolution Authorizing the Redemption of General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2007, dated November 1, 2007".
