The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Nagler at 6:30 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 410 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Roll call of the Board of Supervisors. The Board Chairperson requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.

The Pledge of Allegiance will be offered by Chairperson Nagler.

Approval of the minutes of April 15, 2014 County Board meeting.

SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS

APPOINTMENTS
A letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson to re-appoint Mike Hendrick, Brian Feest, Greg Roblee, Greg Baneck, Rosemary Davis and to recommend the appointments of Candice Mortara and Nick Hoffmann as Greenway representatives, to the Parks Need Study Ad-Hoc Committee

A letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson nominating the following individuals to serve on the Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS) planning committee. The Outagamie County representatives are Peter Gilbert, Paul Girod, Bobbie Buchholtz, Terry Dawson, Theresa Rechner, Willis Bloedow, Richard Goldsmith, Carol Diehl, John Signoretti, and Supervisor Marcia Trentlage, and the Waupaca County representatives are Patricia Craig, Linda Hagen, Eunice Lawrence, Nicole Lemke and Marilyn Herman. 

A letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson nominating Brian Van Straten as the Outagamie County Solid Waste Director effective May 19, 2014 pending Board confirmation.

A letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson nominating Daniel Rettler, Jeff Nooyen and Kevin Sturn (alternate) for appointments to the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission for two-year terms ending in April 2016.

A letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson nominating Joy Hagen, Kathy Groat and Kevin Sturn (alternate) for appointments as County Board representatives to the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley Board of Trustees for two-year terms ending in April 2016.

A letter was received from County Chairperson Helen Nagler nominating Lee Hammen and Joy Hagen for appointments to the Outagamie County Greenway Implementation Committee for two-year terms ending in April 2016

A letter was received from County Chairperson Helen Nagler nominating Dan Grady and Joy Hagen for appointments to the Outagamie County Parks Need Study Ad Hoc Committee.
