The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Nagler at 6:30 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 410 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Roll call of the Board of Supervisors. The Board Chairperson requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.

The Pledge of Allegiance will be offered by Chairperson Nagler.

Approval of the minutes of December 9, 2014, County Board meeting.

APPOINTMENTS
A (original) letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson recommending the re-appointments of Paul Girod, Roberta Buchholtz, and Marcia Trentlage (revised letter), and the appointment of David Hovde, to the Outagamie Waupaca Counties Federated Library System (OWLS) Board for a three-year term, expiring December 31, 2017.

A letter was received from County Executive Thomas Nelson recommending the re-appointment of Michael Weaver to the Outagamie County Veterans Service Commission for a three-year term, expiring December 31, 2017.

REPORT BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE
County Executive Thomas Nelson will give an Administrative Update.

REPORT AND PRESENTATION OF COUNTY LOBBYIST
County Lobbyist Mark Wadium will speak on subjects of County interest.

Resolution No. 103—2014-15 – Public Safety Committee. Approve of applying for, accepting and expending the 2015 County/Tribal Law Enforcement Grant funds in the amount of $16,037 as noted on the attached fiscal note. 

Resolution No. 104—2014-15 – Finance Committee. Approve of the counter offer of $60,000 to purchase parcels #333-001900, 333-002000 and 333-002100 in the City of New London as noted on the attached WB-15 Commercial Offer to Purchase and Counter Offer, and on the attached fiscal note.
