The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Schuette at 6:30 p.m. in the County Board Room, located in the Administrative Building, 410 S. Walnut Street, Appleton, WI.
Roll call of the Board of Supervisors. The Board Chairperson requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.
The Pledge of Allegiance will be offered by Chairperson Schuette.
Approval of the minutes of the June 26, 2012, County Board meeting.

REPORT AND PRESENTATION OF COUNTY LOBBYIST
County Lobbyist Mark Wadium will not be present due to a schedule conflict.
Resolution No. 23—2012-13 – Property, Airport, Recreation & Economic Development Committee. Agree to convey the Tri-County Ice Arena to Winnebago County for $1 as noted on the attached fiscal note to the resolution.
Resolution No. 24—2012-13 – Property, Airport, Recreation & Economic Development Committee. Approve of Pop Warner, Inc. constructing additional restrooms at the Pop Warner Shelter located in Plamann Park, and that Outagamie County shall have no financial obligation regarding this addition to the existing building.
Resolution No. 25—2012-13 – Public Safety Committee. Authorize the creation of a Veterans Court which will be funded with in-kind monies.
Resolution No. 26—2012-13 – Finance Committee. Authorize a transfer of $1,326,273 from the Health and Human Services Fund to the 2012 GO Notes Capital Projects fund and authorize a transfer of $1,800,000 from the General Fund to the 2012 GO Notes Capital Projects, both transfers as listed on the fiscal note attached to the resolution.
