UNFINISHED BUSINESS
County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of Alison Bong as Finance Director.

At the August 8, 2023, County Board meeting, the nomination for the appointment of Alison Bong as Finance Director was held in Legislative/Audit and Human Resources Committee.

Substitute Ordinance No. Z-2—2023-24 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee. Approve to adopt the petition of Cynthia Bungert, property owner, to rezone parcel 080097200, from the Residential Single-Family District to Residential Two-Family District in the Town of Ellington, as detailed on the ordinance and attachments.

The original Ordinance No. Z-2—2023-24 was previously distributed to the County Board members at the
August 8, 2023, County Board meeting and a motion was made to refer back to Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution No. 43—2023-24 – Finance Committee.  Approve the "Initial Resolution Authorizing General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $25,000,000 for Airport Projects", as noted on the resolution and attached fiscal note.

Ordinance No. D—2023-24 – Highway, Recycling and Solid Waste Committee.  Approve the amendment to
Chapter 50, Section 30-353, All-terrain vehicles and utility terrain vehicles of the Outagamie County Code of Ordinances, as noted on the ordinance and attachments.
