Resolution No. Z-8—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the rezoning request for the Coenen Family Revocable Trust and Ruby Coenen Survivor Trust,
parcel 101-084002, 7.29 acres, from the General Agriculture District to the Industrial District, in the Town of Grand Chute, as noted on the attachments.

Resolution No. Z-9—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the rezoning request for Inglese Properties LLC, parcel 101-084001, 5.0 acres, from the General Agriculture District to the Industrial District in the Town of Grand Chute, as noted on the attachments.

Ordinance No. Z-5—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the amendment to the County Comprehensive Plan, Volume 2: Action Plan, as reflected in the review of Exhibit 1 and this ordinance.

Ordinance No. Z-6—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee.  Amend Chapter 54, Section 54-233 – Permitted principal uses and structures of the County Code of Ordinances to add three categories of permitted uses to the Local Commercial  District, as noted on the attachments.

Resolution No. 75—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee.  Authorize and approve the Land Conservation Department to accept and expend multi-year (August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2024) grant funding from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and Fund for Lake Michigan for $40,000, with no 2022 budget adjustment needed, as noted on the attachments.

Resolution No. 76—2022-23 – Legislative/Audit and Human Resources Committee.  Approve the 2023–2026 salary schedule for the Outagamie County Executive position, as noted on the attachments.
