County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of Brandon LaMaide to the Brewster Village Four-Year Roof Replacement Project Oversight Committee; for the duration of the project.

County Executive Nelson nomination for re-appointments of Corey Besaw, Brian Bezier, Barb Bocik, Lisa Hanneman, Kim Kurimski, Judge Mitch Metropulos, Craig Moser, Ryan Peterson, John Rathman, Bernie Vetrone, and Robert Welygan to the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council; said terms expiring April 30, 2024.

County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of John Cuff to the Wisconsin PACE Commission; said term expires April 2024.

Resolution No. Z-10—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the proposed rezoning request for Jack and Paulene Vanasten, et al, for parcel 130000100, 11.88 acres,
from Exclusive Agriculture District to Rural Development District, in the Town of Kaukauna, as depicted on the attached review and map.

Resolution No. Z-11—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the proposed rezoning request for Jonathan and Katie Holewinski Rev. Trust, for parcel 130022700,
5.0 acres, from Exclusive Agriculture District to Rural Development District, in the Town of Kaukauna, as
depicted on the attached review and map. 

Resolution No. 122—2022-23 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee.  Authorize and approve various Land Conservation Department 2022 year-end budgetary transfers related to its operational budget and grants, as noted on the attachments.

Resolution No. 123—2022-23 – Finance Committee.  Authorize and approve of accepting the initial Opioid settlement payments received in 2022 and create a separate fund to provide for segregated accounting of these revenues, interest applicable to, and subsequent related expenditures as provided in attached 2021 Wisconsin Act 57 and increase the following line items in the Opioid Settlement cost center:  Misc Revenue – Recoveries by $867,510; Interest Income by $3,800; Financing Sources Other by $871,310, as noted on the attached fiscal note.

Resolution No. 124—2022-23 – Legislative/Audit and Human Resources Committee.  Approve of renumbering Resolution Numbers 77 through 96 from the December 13, 2022 County Board meeting due to duplicate numbers, as noted on the resolution.
