The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Nooyen at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 320 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

ROLL CALL of the Board of Supervisors.  Board Chairperson requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.

REPORT BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE - County Executive Thomas Nelson will give an Administrative Update. 

REPORT AND PRESENTATION OF COUNTY LOBBYIST - County Lobbyist Mark Wadium will speak on subjects of County interest.

NEW BUSINESS

Resolution No. 46—2018-19-- Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee.  Authorize the Parks Director to submit an application to the DNR for a $5,000 grant for Koepke Access improvements and commit to a 50% County match of $5,000 for a total amount of $10,000, as noted on the attached fiscal note.

Resolution No. 47—2018-19 -- Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee.  Authorize increasing public parking lot rates at the Airport and increase the Airport Public Parking Lot Charges for Services cost centers by $92,000 and decrease the Airport Terminal Fund Balance Applied cost center by $92,000, as noted on the attached fiscal note.

Resolution No. 48—2018-19-- Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee.  Object to unilateral cuts in the UW System and urge the Board of Regents to continue to fully co-fund two Ag Educator positions in Outagamie County.
