PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN MINUTES (PERTINENT TO THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE DAY) – Individual speakers are limited to three minutes per speaker.
REPORT BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE - County Executive Thomas Nelson will give an Administrative Update.
REPORT AND PRESENTATION OF COUNTY LOBBYIST - County Lobbyist Mark Wadium will speak on subjects of County interest.
Resolution No. 170—2018-19– Finance Committee. Approve all excess or deficiency of revenues over/under expenditures and unexpended appropriations of various accounts reverting to the County’s General Fund or from the General Fund, as of December 31, 2018, with some exceptions, as noted on the attachments.
Resolution No. 171—2018-19– Public Safety Committee. Approve the District Attorney (DA) Office to accept and expend a $25,000 Overdose Fatality Review Grant to create a Fatality Review Team and increase the following DA cost centers: Intergovernmental Revenues $25,000, Salaries $17,500, Fringe Benefits $2,500, Travel/Training $3,000, and Supplies $2,000, as noted on the attachments.
Resolution No. 172—2018-19– Public Safety Committee. Rescind Resolution 5—2013-2014, withdraw support of the Truancy Court and close any related financial cost centers.
