Resolution No. Z-1—2018-19 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Approve the proposed rezoning request for Terry Reese of .81 acres in the Town of Greenville from General Agriculture District to General Commercial District.
Resolution No. Z-2—2018-19– Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Approve the proposed rezoning request for the Town of Grand Chute of 73.44 acres from General Agriculture District, Residential Multi-Family District, and Industrial District to Planned Development District.
Resolution No. Z-3—2018-19 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Approve of the proposed application for the designation of an Agricultural Enterprise Area (AEA), as identified on the attached map, which includes the Towns of Maple Creek and Deer Creek in Outagamie County and the Towns of Lebanon, Little Wolf, Union, Bear Creek, and Matteson of Waupaca County.
