The Board meets for the ANNUAL REORGANIZATION MEETING, pursuant to Section 59.11 (1) (c), Wisconsin Statutes, and is called to order by County Clerk Lori O’Bright at 4:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 410 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

ROLL CALL - Establish a quorum of the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors. County Clerk O’Bright requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Offered by County Clerk Lori O’Bright.

ELECTION OF COUNTY BOARD CHAIRPERSON

County Clerk O’Bright – Appointment of three County Board Supervisors to act as Tellers.

Election of County Board Chairperson for a two-year term. 

Once the Chairperson is elected and seated, the Chairperson will assume their duties.

Resolution No. Z-1—2018-19 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the proposed rezoning request for Terry Reese of .81 acres in the Town of Greenville from General Agriculture District to General Commercial District.

Resolution No. Z-2—2018-19– Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee.  Approve the proposed rezoning request for the Town of Grand Chute of 73.44 acres from General Agriculture District, Residential Multi-Family District, and Industrial District to Planned Development District.

Resolution No. Z-3—2018-19 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee.  Approve of the proposed application for the designation of an Agricultural Enterprise Area (AEA), as identified on the attached map, which includes the Towns of Maple Creek and Deer Creek in Outagamie County and the Towns of Lebanon, Little Wolf, Union, Bear Creek, and Matteson of Waupaca County.
