The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Nooyen at 6:30 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 410 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

A. County Executive Nelson nomination of John Breitzman for re-appointment to the Veterans Service Commission; said term expiring December, 2018.
B. County Executive Nelson nomination of Maureen Roberts Budiac as alternate Court Commissioner member to the Coordinating Council; said term expiring April 30, 2018.

9. REPORT BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE - County Executive Thomas Nelson will give an Administrative Update.

10. REPORT AND PRESENTATION OF COUNTY LOBBYIST - County Lobbyist Mark Wadium will speak on subjects of County interest.

12. NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution No. Z-7—2016-17 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Approve of the proposed rezoning request of .96 acres located in the Town of Buchanan for Michael Wagner from Single Family Residential District to Local Commercial District.

B.Resolution No. 45—2016-17 – Property, Airport, Recreation & Economic Development and Public Safety Committees. Support relocating the Sheriff’s Department Administration and Patrol to the Highway 15/Casaloma site.
C. Resolution No. 46—2016-17 – Finance Committee. Support the Village of Kimberly’s request to extend the life of TIF District No. 5 by 3 years ending in the year 2031, and recommend that the Outagamie County TIF Board of Review representative votes in favor of the 3 year extension.
