The primary objective of the Outagamie County Land Information staff is to coordinate the modernization of land information and to increase the effective development, maintenance and distribution of shared land information throughout Outagamie County.

Land Information Program:

The Outagamie County Land Information Committee was created in 1990 and consists of representatives from various County Departments. The Committee was revised and renamed the Outagamie County Land Information Council in 2010 to reflect a change in the Wisconsin State statutes. The Outagamie County Land Information Council is chaired by the Land Information Officer who is the County’s representative to the Wisconsin Land Information Program (WLIP).

The WLIP provides financial and technical support to local governments for land records modernization efforts. The Land Information Officer oversees the preparation of guidelines used to coordinate the modernization of land information and participates in the development of countywide plans for land records modernization.
