Copies of Birth, Death, Marriage, and Domestic Partnership Certificates can be acquired at the Register of Deeds Office. There are 3 ways to submit a request for vital records, along with guidelines that must be followed for each.

Certified copies require a direct and tangible interest as defined on the application
Applications are available at the ROD service desk or on-line below
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to closing time to allow time for processing

All requests made by mail are processed the day they are received. All submissions must include a completed application, a photocopy of current acceptable identification, the correct fee, and a business size self-addressed stamped envelope.
