  • All dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the park.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be under strict adult supervision.
  • Running and chasing dogs is prohibited.
  • No other animals may be brought into the fenced area.
  • All dogs must have current rabies and all other vaccinations.
  • Dogs must wear current license tags on their collar while in the dog park.
  • Never leave dogs unattended. Dogs must be in view of, and within voice control of, their owner/handler at all times.
  • Dog owners/handlers must carry a leash with them at all times while in the dog Park.
  • Dog owners/handlers are responsible for picking up and disposing of all their dog’s waste.
  • Dogs in heat are prohibited.
  • Do not allow your dog(s) to pester or mount other dogs.
  • Dogs showing any signs of aggression must be leashed and immediately removed from the park.
  • Dogs less than four months of age are prohibited.
  • Maximum limit of three dogs per adult in the park at any time.
  • No food (dog or human) allowed in the park.
  • No littering (clean up after your dog and yourself).
  • No digging or persistent barking.
  • Owners are responsible for filling any holes their dogs make.
  • No spiked or pronged collars.
  • No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or any motorized vehicles.
  • Failure to abide by the park rules may result in loss of privileges, or owners may be ticketed.
  • Use of this dog park is at your own risk.
  • No fundraisers can be conducted on park property without prior approval of the Park Department. 
  • Each owner or handler is legally and financially responsible for the actions of their dog.
  • There is no water available at this site. It is suggested that the owners bring water for their dogs.
  • Glass bottles are not permitted.
  • The dog park depends on community support and enforcement of these rules.
  • The fundamental rule of a dog park is to clean up after your pet.
