Outagamie County provides business financing through two revolving loan fund (RLF) programs. The RLF programs were established to provide gap financing for new or expanding businesses, in partnership with lending institutions, to encourage private investment, create employment opportunities, and increase the overall health of the county's economy.

  • Location: All of Outagamie County
  • Amount: $10-$70,000
  • Rate: Wall Street Journal Prime
  • Public to Private Funds Ratio: 1:3
  • Eligible Uses: Real Estate, equipment, inventory, or working capital.
  • Terms: 3-7 years

 CommunityDevFund_Logo  Community Development Fund Application
  • Location: Outagamie County, excluding the City of Appleton
  • Amount: $20-$300,000
  • Rate: 4%
  • Public to Private Funds Ratio: 1:1
  • Eligible Uses: Real Estate, equipment, inventory, or working capital.
  • Terms: 3-7 years, with few exceptions.
  • Hiring: 51% or more of employees hired must be LMI.
